URE Consulting Inc., founded by Dave Marsh in 2017, is an independent consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada. We provide metallurgical/mineral processing advice and consulting services to EPCM Groups, Project Owners and Plant Operators.

About Dave Marsh

Dave is an expert metallurgist and mineral processing engineer with over 30 years of global experience in the mining industry and a further ten years of operational management experience at precious metals, uranium, and industrial minerals sites based in Africa, Australia and Canada.
He has spent his career developing metallurgical processes, designing recovery plants, providing engineering services as well as managing studies/projects, teams and key relationships to ensure the flawless execution of projects. Dave is thoroughly versed in financial modelling, project evaluation and benchmarking, and accustomed to effectively managing multiple studies/projects within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with JORC and NI43-101. As a recognized Senior Leader, he demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail and astute at managing key relationships while always maintains the highest standard of integrity.
